SLC-Book Page Wreath-Tuesday May 20th @ 6:30

I know last month we just did a wreath but I have had a few of you comment on this Book Wreath so I decided it would be a fun one to do!

 

I keep mine inside to add some texture and height to my mantel but you can just as easily place it on your front door!

I love that it is something you can leave up all year round as well!

On Tuesday May 20th at 6:30 PM you can make one!

Make sure to sign up from an actual computer instead of your phone

SLC-Easter/Spring Wreath-Tuesday March 25th @ 6:30 PM

I am so excited to start crafting with Spring colors!  This wreath does just the trick to brighten up the home and the colors make me so excited that Spring is just around the corner!!

  I was fairly surprised by how simple this wreath was.  This whole craft should take less than an hour and a half (maybe 2(:).  

I also love that the sign is easy to remove so after Easter you can simply remove it and leave it up as long as you would like.

On Tuesday March 25th at 6:30 PM you can make one to brighten up your home!

SLC- Step Stool -Tuesday February 25th @ 6:30

I've noticed that as my boys have been using the stool it is a little wobbly so I went on a search for different one and found one that is more sturdy! It is the same size, the top is thicker and the base is thicker but a little different design (It has handles too which I love)! Because I had to change, the cost will now be an even 20$. Below is a picture of the more sturdier stool which will now be used!

I have been wanting to try something like this for a long time.  I love the look of numbers on furniture and thought a little step stool would be the perfect item to try it on and I love the way it turned out!

 The size of this stool is perfect.  It is about 8 inches tall. Let's face it, I am not that tall.  This stool gives me the extra inches I need to reach items in the kitchen.  Plus my littlest one can sit on it to read books or my older one can stand at the sink to brush his teeth!

To handle the everyday use of feet stepping on this stool the last layer brushed on will be polyurethane, a finish that provides long lasting protection to any wood surface.  Because of the drying time on polyurethane it is not wise to apply it and then transport your craft.  You will want to leave it at my place for a day and then we will arrange for a way to get it to you!  polyurethane definitely adds the professional look so it's a step you don't want to miss!

SLC- Valentine's Day Decoration-Thursday Jan. 23rd @ 6:30

Valentine's Day is one of those holidays that I don't have very many decorations for so I thought that would be perfect for the month of January!

  This craft definitely brings some brightness and LOVE into our home! Nothing says Valentine's Day like Hugs and kisses (XO) and a conversation heart!

For December craft night I decided to do a wreath for Christmas!  Because of that, I scheduled craft night one of the first days of the month so you could display your wreath the rest of the Christmas season inside or outside!

This wreath is a lot of fun to make and the simplicity of it just screams holiday season!

You can build your own by choosing which colors you would like!

The holiday season brings in lots of fun cards in the mail!  I often find myself placing them in a stack and not enjoying them like I want to so I thought the perfect craft for November would be a holiday card holder!

SLC-Reversable Blocks-Tuesday-Tuesday Oct. 22 @ 6:30

After taking a break in September, I am excited to get going and this months craft is so much fun.  I have seen this idea floating around and decided it would be perfect!

 

 

I love that this it's a decoration for two holidays with an easy switch, a TWO in ONE craft! Put it up in November and simply switch it around for December:)!
